Font licenses

My licensing ideology is equally as simple. One single commercial license covers desktop, web, social, broadcasting, products, advertising, branding, logo design, and pretty much everything except redistribution. License prices are based strictly on company size (employees) often small companies of just 5 people will have all 5 people using a typeface whereas large companies of 100 people might only have 3 people who use the typeface. This is why I don't think it makes sense to charge based on number of users. That model is outdated. Obviously larger companies will get more value from my products. So I have found that the most consistent simple way to prices my fonts is by overall company size, not how many people will be using the font.
